The mattress that arrived feels way firmer than the one I tested in store. Tried to call but they just keep passing the buck.

Good quality bed
Good mattress for the price. The salesperson was actually quite helpful, though they were clearly short staffed that day. Would buy again.

Overpriced and pushy staff
Felt like I was in a used car lot rather than a mattress store. Way too much pressure to upgrade to the expensive model.

Fine mattress, average experience
The bed is comfortable enough but the store was a mess. Boxes everywhere and not enough staff to really answer my questions.

Delivery was a disaster
They missed the window twice and didn't even call to tell me. Finally arrived 3 days later than promised. Very unhappy with the service.
