Helpful with my gear
Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Had to wait a bit for an associate to help with sizing, but once they did, the service was great.

Unprofessional and rude
Was ignored at the counter for twenty minutes while staff chatted. Finally left without getting the parts I came for. Very poor customer service.

Horrible service department
My ATV sat for three weeks for a simple part replacement and they never updated me. When I finally got it back, it still wasn't fixed right.
