It took them over a week to finish a basic brake service. They do quality work, just don't be in a hurry.

Decent place for bike maintenance
Good work on the tune up. My bike shifts like it's brand new. Just wish they were open a bit later on weekdays.

Overcharged for basic chain repair
I feel like I paid triple what I should have for a simple chain replacement. The labor cost was ridiculous for a ten minute job.

Never fixed my flat tire
Dropped my bike off and they kept it for three days without even touching it. Had to demand a refund and take it elsewhere. Total waste.

Lack of attention to detail
My handlebars weren't tightened properly after the service. Could have been a dangerous situation. Be careful checking their work.
