They promised me a specific interest rate over the phone, but when I got there, it was suddenly 5% higher. Total bait and switch operation. Avoid.

Total disaster. They added on fees I never agreed to. I had to walk out, and I suggest you do the same. Do not trust these people.

My new Mitsubishi is excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, though the wait for the finance office was a bit longer than I would have liked.

My new car had an issue within 48 hours. Service department told me they couldn't fit me in for two weeks. Terrible way to treat a new customer.
