car runs fine but the interior was pretty dirty when I picked it up. they said they detailed it but there were dog hairs everywhere.

do not trust them
Went to look at a subaru they had listed online. Drove forty minutes only for them to tell me it was sold yesterday but they had a more expensive one to show me. classic bait and switch. when I got upset the sales guy just shrugged and walked away. very unprofessional behavior.

decent cars but check everything
Bought a hyundai elantra here. Price was good but after I got home I noticed the windshield washer pump didn't work. Had to replace it myself for fifty bucks. Not a huge deal but wish they had caught it during inspection.

I have bought three cars over the last ten years from different lots in the fort myers area and this was by far the best experience. Steve was incredibly helpful and didn't play any of the usual dealership games. He showed me the carfax right away for the jeep grand cherokee I was looking at. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and the financing rate they got me was actually better than my credit union offered. The car is running perfectly and my family loves it. Will definitely be back when my son needs his first car next year.

ok deal but took forever
the chevrolet equinox we got runs fine but we sat in that lobby for almost three hours waiting on finance. they said the system was slow but it was frustrating. price was decent and they cleaned the car up nice, just be prepared to wait a while if they are busy.

easiest car buying experience ever
I was dreading buying a used car but mid city motors made it painless. I saw a 2018 ram 1500 on their website and drove down from cape coral. Dave had the keys ready for a test drive as soon as I walked in. No annoying sales pitches or trying to upsell me on stuff I did not want. We settled on a price that was actually slightly lower than the online listing. Paperwork took maybe 45 minutes and I was on my way. Truly great service from local guys who actually care.
