Bike broke down on trip
I rented a bike that died on the interstate. Beth tried to help but it took them 4 hours to get a truck to me. Ruined my day.

Charging me for damage I didn't do
Edward tried to charge me for a scratch that was already on the bike. I have photos of the bike from when I picked it up. Very dishonest.
