Good service but slow parts
The technician was polite and knew exactly what was wrong with my lift, but the part took over two weeks to come in. Once it arrived, they installed it quickly.

Solid work on my scooter

Communication could be much better
I dropped off my power chair for a motor repair and heard nothing for five days. I had to call three times just to get an update on the status. Very frustrating experience.
