Great technicians but the office staff is a bit disorganized. Had to follow up three times to get my receipt and warranty paperwork sent over.

Life changing equipment
Thanks to Brenda for helping me find the right ramp and lift system for my van. Everything works perfectly and the install was very clean.

Poor communication on repair
My lift wasn't working properly and they just kept guessing which parts to order. Spent a lot of money and the issue is still not fully fixed.
