Waited over an hour just to talk to someone about a repair. No one greeted me or explained the delay. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Too expensive for basic service
I felt like the labor costs for a simple tire change were way too high. They did the work but the final bill was a surprise.

Mixed feelings on the trailer parts
The trailer itself is fine but the waiting time for simple replacement lights was way too long. Staff is nice but they need more help in the back.

Highly professional and fast service
MVS makes buying a trailer easy. Worked with Lisa and she handled the financing in like twenty minutes. Super professional and the gear is high quality.
