They have a lot of cool items in stock. The staff is knowledgeable, though they can be pretty busy on Saturdays, so wait times vary.

Rude staff and low ball offers
I went in to sell a collection and the guy behind the counter was incredibly condescending. He offered me way less than market value for gold coins.

Inventory was a bit low today
Nice shop but they didn't have the specific mint set I was looking for. Staff was helpful though and offered to look into ordering it for me.
