Saved my weekend project
I was stuck in the middle of a brake job when I realized I was missing a caliper bolt. I called NAPA and the guy checked the warehouse inventory immediately. He told me he had it on the shelf, so I drove down and he even helped me verify it matched my old one before I paid. Being able to finish the job on a Saturday was huge for me. Fantastic service.
