Disappointing experience with the pickup
They scheduled a pickup twice and no one showed up. Communication is lacking and I am frustrated with the lack of follow up.

Mixed feelings on scheduling
The service is good, but scheduling took a bit of time to coordinate. Eventually, they got it done, just requires some patience.
