Had an appointment and waited three hours just for them to pull my car in. No updates, no apology. I am never going back there again.

Friendly and professional
Came in for a check engine light and they diagnosed it fast. The advisor was clear about the cost and the repair was done right.

Disappointed in repair
They fixed my AC but it stopped working after one week. Brought it back and they wanted to charge me again. Absolutely not okay.

They did a good job on my oil change and tire rotation. A bit of a wait, but they have a nice lounge with coffee and wifi.

The service team at Naples INFINITI is just great. They fixed my brakes and had me out in two hours. Very professional and helpful staff.
