Hidden fees were frustrating
The place was fine, but we were surprised by several extra fees that weren't clearly communicated. It left a bad taste after a nice trip.

Disappointed with the AC unit
The apartment was quite warm and the AC didn't seem to cool the bedroom properly. We reached out for help but it took forever to get a response.
