Long lines
Wait time was way too long today. Only one person working the counter for five people in line. Needs better staffing.

Order was completely wrong
Ordered specialized parts and they shipped the wrong ones. Then it took another week to fix their mistake. Cost us a lot of time.

Rude staff at front desk
Went in to pick up a pre-paid order and the person at the desk was dismissive and acted like I was bothering them.
