Unprofessional and dismissive
I tried to explain the part I needed and the guy just sighed and rolled his eyes. I eventually left and ordered online instead.

Good parts, but long wait
They had the cables I needed, but I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the counter. They need more staff on the floor.

Sold me broken equipment
Bought a soldering iron that stopped heating up after one use. They refused to replace it because it was 'used'. Terrible policy.
