Two rescheduled appointments and no explanation for either. I understand things go wrong, but being told nothing at all is what made this frustrating rather than merely inconvenient.

I had a fairly specific request and they took the time to understand it rather than pushing me to the standard package. The follow up afterwards was thoughtful and I never felt like just another order number.

Second time using them this year. Prices are fair, the staff clearly know the products, and when a small issue came up they fixed it the same day without any argument.
