The initial price they gave me for my trade-in was insulting compared to what the car is worth. I ended up leaving because they wouldn't budge at all. Very disappointing afternoon.

Good selection of SUVs and the staff knows their inventory well. My only complaint is the parking lot is a bit tight, but the staff makes up for it with great service.

The Outlander I bought is solid, but the finance process with Miguel took way too long. We spent three hours just waiting for paperwork even though I had pre-approval. Nice people, just slow.
