Maintenance is never done
Called about a leak in the ceiling three times. Still waiting for someone to show up to fix it after two weeks. Very frustrating.

Average place to live
The units are nice, but the common areas could use a bit more cleaning. It's an okay spot if you don't mind basic amenities.

Nice units but rent is up
The rent increases are a bit high this year, but honestly, the quality of the unit makes it worth it. No big complaints otherwise.

Mostly good but parking is tight
Great apartment and nice finishes. Only issue is that parking can get really crowded at night if you come home late from work.
