Solid service but long wait times
Got an oil change on my XC90. Work was done right, but I spent two hours in the lobby despite having an appointment. The staff was polite at least.

Disappointing communication about car repairs
Took my car in for a brake sensor issue. They had it for three days without calling me once for an update. When I finally got a hold of someone, they were dismissive.
