The sales guy was okay, but the finance process took nearly four hours. They had the vehicle I wanted, but the wait was really frustrating.

Disappointing experience with service
Brought my car back for a small fix and it took forever to get the part in. Communication was lacking and I had to keep calling them.

Good local dealer
Nice selection of vehicles. My only small nit is that the car wasn't perfectly clean when I arrived for delivery, but they fixed it right up.
