The service department lost my records and the car still isn't fixed after two weeks. I've had to call repeatedly just to get an update. Terrible.

Disappointing experience with service
Brought my car back for a small fix and it took forever to get the part in. Communication was lacking and I had to keep calling them.

Good local dealer
Nice selection of vehicles. My only small nit is that the car wasn't perfectly clean when I arrived for delivery, but they fixed it right up.
