We arrived and the carpet had crumbs and the bathroom felt dirty. Had to call housekeeping twice to get it sorted.

Incredible property and pools
We spent most of our time at the lazy river and it was the highlight of our trip. Beautifully maintained resort.

Nice property, but service is slow
The pool area is beautiful, but it took way too long to check in. Staff was friendly but clearly understaffed.
