Stayed in a two-bedroom villa and it was spacious and clean. Everything felt brand new. Sarah in guest services helped us arrange transport for the theme parks. Will be back!

The grounds are beautiful and the pools are perfect for the kids. Only knock is the check-in line was longer than expected, but Marcus at the front desk was super helpful.

The resort is massive and has so much to do. We spent most of our time at the lazy river. The staff is top-tier and the rooms are well kept.

Coming from out of state, it’s nice to have a home away from home that actually feels clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and quick.

Waited three hours to get into our room. When we finally got in, the AC was broken. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Totally unacceptable for a resort.

Everything was great from start to finish. The pool bar staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Can't wait to return next year.

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental. Just wish the shuttle bus ran a bit more frequently in the mid-afternoon hours.

Top notch accommodations. We were impressed with the floor plan of our suite. Very quiet at night which is a huge plus when traveling with kids.

Highly recommend staying here over the standard hotels. Having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen makes such a difference for a long vacation.

Second time visiting and it never disappoints. The villas are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. A great choice for any family trip.
