Terrible management and maintenance
Units are falling apart and nothing gets fixed. Management is rude and never answers the phone. Avoid this place if possible.

Excellent management team
They really care about the residents here. Any time I had a problem, they were quick to solve it. Highly recommend.

Management is responsive and the grounds are always clean. Nice quiet place to live near town.

Constant noise from neighbors
Walls are paper thin and I hear my neighbors all night. Management hasn't done anything to help with the noise complaints.
