I love the car I got, but the wait to see the finance manager was about forty minutes despite my appointment. Other than that, everything was handled perfectly.

Misleading pricing on the website
Drove an hour based on the online price, only to find out there were thousands in dealer add-ons not mentioned. Very frustrating experience that wasted my whole Saturday.
