It’s hard to find good management, but they actually care here. The landscaping is always taken care of and the hallways are kept very clean.

Excellent maintenance response times
My AC went out on a hot Saturday and the maintenance tech was here within two hours to fix it. Very happy with the professional service provided.

Ongoing plumbing issues
I keep having leaky faucets and the repair only seems to hold for a week. Needs a more permanent solution for these older units.

Terrible office communication

Quiet and comfortable complex
Moved in last month and everything has been perfect. Sarah in the office made the leasing process smooth and really helped me get settled in quickly.
