Really happy with the cleanliness of the building. The maintenance crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is my only minor gripe.

Excellent maintenance response times

Ongoing plumbing issues
I keep having leaky faucets and the repair only seems to hold for a week. Needs a more permanent solution for these older units.

Quiet and comfortable complex
Moved in last month and everything has been perfect. Sarah in the office made the leasing process smooth and really helped me get settled in quickly.
