Used to be quiet but recently there is constant noise from the parking lot late at night. Management needs to enforce the rules better for residents.

Excellent maintenance response times

Ongoing plumbing issues
I keep having leaky faucets and the repair only seems to hold for a week. Needs a more permanent solution for these older units.

Terrible office communication

Quiet and comfortable complex
Moved in last month and everything has been perfect. Sarah in the office made the leasing process smooth and really helped me get settled in quickly.
