Spent 45 minutes on hold just to get an appointment, and when I arrived, they told me they didn't have us on the schedule. My kid was sick and they didn't care.

Doctors are great, but the admin staff can be quite disorganized. It's frustrating dealing with insurance errors repeatedly.
