The car started having engine issues a week after I bought it. They refuse to take responsibility and say it's my problem now. Very disappointed.

Honest sales team
No pressure at all. Just wanted a simple reliable car and they delivered. Trade-in value on my old truck was better than other places I visited.

Mixed feelings on service
Sales were great, but the follow up on a part that was missing has been slow. I've had to call three times just to check on it.

Decent car but slow service
The Honda Civic is running well but the wait time to sign the finance papers was ridiculous. Spent three hours there even though I paid cash.
