Awful delivery and communication
My piano arrived with a massive scratch on the side. When I called to complain, they just passed me around and never fixed it. Do not recommend.

Decent inventory but slow service
The pianos are nice, but the sales staff seems a bit spread thin. I waited nearly twenty minutes just to get someone to unlock a bench for me.
