It used to be quiet but recent tenants are very loud late at night. Management has not addressed the issues.

Love the location and space
Great floor plans and plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking in Starke.

Excellent maintenance response time
Had an issue with my AC and it was fixed within 24 hours. The staff is always professional and helpful.

Quiet community and very well maintained grounds. The office staff is super responsive if you have a maintenance request.
