Repair fixed the problem but the bill was higher than the initial quote. Should have been more transparent with the costs beforehand.

Disaster with car pickup
Car wasn't detailed when I arrived to get it. Had to sit and wait another two hours. Really poor organization here.

Incredible customer care
I had a minor issue with the navigation, and they fixed it immediately. Very impressed with the level of service provided.
