Everything was well organized. It was nice not having to worry about anything because they handled all the logistics so well.

Okay tour but quite crowded
The manatees were great to see, but the boat was a little too full for my taste. Hard to get good photos.

Clear safety briefing and helpful tips on how to interact respectfully with the manatees. Had a truly fantastic time out there.

Decent tour for the price
It was fine, just not quite as immersive as I had hoped. The staff was friendly though and the gear worked perfectly.

Top notch equipment
Wetsuits and gear were in great condition. Made the swim much more comfortable. I was very impressed with the facility as well.
