Love my Macan, but getting it serviced takes forever. I had to wait weeks for a basic part to come in for my scheduled maintenance.

Very professional dealership staff
They definitely know their cars. I learned a lot about my new model during the walkthrough. A bit pricey for service, but you get what you pay for.

Brought my Cayenne in for service and they were incredibly helpful. Communicated the whole time and the car was ready exactly when promised.
