My service was supposed to take three days and it's been two weeks. Nobody answers the phone and my advisor is never there.

Good service, high cost
They know the cars inside and out, which is great. Just be prepared to pay a premium for every single part and service.

Expensive and unhelpful
Service is overpriced and they couldn't figure out why my warning light stayed on. Felt like they were guessing at repairs.

Good communication and quality parts used. The service bays are pristine. Just a bit pricey compared to independent shops.
