Brian is a great guy and knows the VW brand well, but the wait times are just brutal. Took way longer than they originally told me.

Worst service experience ever
They didn't fix the issue, charged me for a full diagnostic, and then told me I needed a completely different repair. Stay away.

Avoid this service center
They had my car for a week for a simple sensor replacement and when I got it back, my dash lights were all on. Never again.
