Billing errors
Twice now they have charged me for more gallons than my tank holds. It takes way too long to get a credit back. Getting tired of watching them.

Never showed up
Scheduled a refill for Tuesday but nobody ever came. When I called, they claimed I wasn't on the list. Pretty poor communication.
