The mechanics know their stuff, but getting a straight answer on when my boat would be ready was like pulling teeth. Work was decent though.

Overcharged for simple work
Not happy with the final bill. The work was finished but they charged way more than the initial estimate without calling me first. Disappointed.

Total waste of time
Dropped my boat off and they didn't touch it for a week. When they finally did, the issue still wasn't resolved. Terrible communication throughout.
