Rented a Mercedes for the weekend. The car was clean and drove beautifully. A little bit of a wait for the keys, but worth it.

Fair pricing for luxury rentals
Usually these places are overpriced, but Prudent was quite fair. Nice selection and the staff was friendly.

Terrible customer service
They accused me of a scratch that was already there. I made sure to take pictures, but they were very aggressive about it.
