Took my Escape in for a quick oil change and they knocked it out in 30 minutes. Sarah at the front desk was super helpful.

Quick and easy service

Way too long for oil
Appointment at 10 and didn't leave until 1:00. Simple oil change should not take three hours. Very frustrated with the lack of communication.

Great service department team
Always bring my F-150 here. Mike always takes care of the truck and gets me back on the road quick. No complaints at all.
