Oil change was quick but they forgot to reset my maintenance light. Had to go back in and have them fix it. Staff was polite at least.

Terrible communication about my vehicle
Dropped my car off for a diagnostic and didn't hear back for three days. Had to call five times just to get an update on simple parts availability.
