Came in for an advertised deal and they told me it was already sold, even though I called an hour prior. Total waste of my Saturday. Very frustrated with the bait and switch.

Had a good time checking out inventory. Chris was really patient while I test drove three different sedans. Financing was straightforward and didn't feel like a high-pressure sales pitch.

The car selection is fine and the staff is friendly, but the communication during the financing process was a bit disjointed. Took longer than expected, but the car runs great.

Found a nice commuter car for my daughter. The price was competitive compared to other spots in St. Pete. Just wish the waiting area had a few more chairs for busy Saturdays.
