the item was listed wrong and when i went to complain they were dismissive. no one wants to deal with that after spending their hard earned money.

everything is transparent and the staff is very helpful with questions about the items. i left with a great deal on some old furniture today.

Mixed feelings
it was okay. i had a question about an item and it took forever to get an answer. once i got it, the item was nice but the wait was annoying.
