Solid forklift and helpful staff
Bought a used Toyota forklift from Marcus. Good machine overall. Just took a little longer than expected to get the paperwork finalized during pickup.

Hidden fees were ridiculous
They added a bunch of surprise fees to the final bill that weren't mentioned at the start. Unprofessional.

Decent inventory but long wait
They had the lift I needed but the financing process took way longer than they promised. I was there for three hours.
