Bought a used SUV and it died on the way home. They refused to help or offer a refund. Terrible customer service once they have your money.

Total waste of my time
Scheduled a test drive for a Tahoe and when I arrived they said it was already sold. Why list it online and confirm my appointment if it wasn't available?
