Buying the mower was a breeze, but getting parts ordered has been a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes I wait a week. Good shop but just inconsistent.

Every time I go in for parts or maintenance, they are helpful and quick. I really appreciate how they take the time to answer all my questions about usage.

Brought my tractor in for a simple repair and it came back with the same issue twice. So frustrated with the service department here. They didn't seem to care at all.

Always friendly when I walk in. They know me by name and make sure my equipment is in top shape. Definitely the best place in Marianna for outdoor gear.
