The touch screen takes forever to respond and half the time it freezes up while I'm selecting my movie. Very frustrating to deal with.

Movies at a great price
Quick and simple. I've never had a scratched disc or any issues returning them. It's honestly the most efficient way to watch movies at home.

Reliable for the latest movies
Easy to use and always updated with new titles. Sometimes the screen is a bit finicky in the sun but it usually works just fine for me.

Total headache at the machine
Wouldn't read my card and then gave me an error code. Just wanted a movie for the night but ended up wasting ten minutes in the heat.

Convenient for quick movie nights
It's so easy to grab a flick when I'm at the store anyway. Good selection for a kiosk. Would be 5 stars if the touch screen was faster.
