I took my car in for a rattle in the front end. They said they fixed it but the noise came back two days later. Very disappointed I have to go back.

Excellent diagnostic skills
Engine light came on and I was worried it was the transmission. They did a full check and it was just a sensor. Saved me a ton of stress and cash.

Wait time was too long
Dropped my car off at 8am and they didnt even get to it until 4pm. Communication could be a lot better. Just felt like I was being ignored all day long.

They are usually pretty busy so you have to schedule early but the work is always top quality. I trust them more than the big chain shops in town.

Honest mechanics in Chiefland
You dont find shops like this often. They showed me the old part and explained why it failed. Felt like they were being completely upfront with me the whole time.
